Every two weeks, every second Friday, last Saturday of the month, every three months on the 15th: the rule adapts to your group, not the other way round.

Location rotation

Taking turns hosting? Add the locations once in the group, enable “Rotate location” in the series settings, and every new date takes the next one.

Lead time instead of calendar flood

The next date appears seven days ahead (adjustable). No 52 entries in advance, no forgotten invitations.

Thursday, 7 pm, always at the same pub. The series has been running since January, the reminder arrives on Wednesday, whoever cannot make it clicks decline.

Club evening, taking turns

Twelve members, monthly on the second Friday, at someone else’s place each time. Location rotation on, location visible only after accepting.

Family Sunday

Last Sunday of the month at the grandparents’. The kids vote on the game, Grandma is a guest player without an account and still in the leaderboard.

Frequently asked questions about series

Weekly or every two, three or four weeks; monthly on the same weekday (for example every second Friday or the last Saturday) or on the same date, also every two or three months. An end date is optional; without one the series runs until you pause it.

With lead time: the default is seven days before the date, adjustable. Players receive the invitation in good time without 50 dates cluttering the calendar a year ahead. Pause and resume any time, cancel or move individual dates.

No. Every date has an invitation link. Whoever opens it sees date, time, location and games and accepts or declines with one click, no registration. Players with an account also get the invitation as an e-mail and an in-app notification.

Yes. The day before the date a reminder e-mail goes to everyone who has not yet answered or has accepted, with the details and the link. The morning after the evening every participant with an account receives a summary: games played, winners, placements. Both can be switched off in the e-mail settings.
