No. Through the invitation link they accept or decline with their name and e-mail address. They receive a confirmation with a link that lets them change their answer at any time. Only people who want to host nights or vote themselves need an account.

A player without an account whom you add to your group, say grandma or the neighbour. Guest players appear in matches, tournaments, the night's standings and the statistics like everyone else. If the guest signs up later, the two are linked.

Invitations by link are unlimited. Guest players without an account are limited to five per group in the free plan; the paid plans allow many more.

Yes. With their RSVP they receive a confirmation with a calendar file, a reminder the day before the game night and, if they like, a recap with the results afterwards. Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link.
