Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. For third-party information stored by users in our service, the liability rules of Art. 4 to 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, DSA) apply. Under Art. 8 DSA we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information in general or to actively search for circumstances indicating illegal activity.
