What to Expect

In Sagrada, you draft dice to build a stained-glass window on your personal grid, following color and shade restrictions. You cannot place dice of the same color or value adjacent. Players draft dice in turn order, using tools that allow rule exceptions by spending skill tokens. After ten rounds, points are scored based on patterns and secret goals.

Who Is This Game For?

Sagrada targets hobby gamers and families with some experience, aged 14 and up. With a playing time of about 45 minutes, it fits well into an evening game session. Prior knowledge of abstract strategy games helps but is not mandatory.

How It Works

Each round, players openly draft dice and place them on their 4x5 grid, respecting placement restrictions that forbid adjacent dice of the same color or number. Tools can be used by spending skill tokens to break placement rules temporarily. After ten rounds, scoring occurs based on completed patterns, end game bonuses, and secret objectives.
