In Magician's Kitchen, players act as young magician apprentices delivering magical ingredients across a board using wooden pawns with bowls. The movement is challenged by hidden magnets under the board that create stumbling points, requiring careful manipulation. Players aim to deliver all ingredients to cauldrons and then light the fire by moving a fireball to the fireplace. The game creates a playful atmosphere with quick, dexterity-based turns.
Who Is This Game For?
This family game suits children aged 5 and up, for 2 to 4 players. With a short playtime of about 25 minutes, it is accessible for young kids and beginners. No prior experience is needed, making it ideal for families looking for light, skill-based gameplay.
How It Works
Players place their apprentice pawn on their starting spot and load it with one or two ingredient marbles. Using a magic wand, they push the apprentice toward one of the four cauldrons in the corners. Hidden magnets under the board cause the pawn to stumble unpredictably, adding challenge. Once all ingredients are delivered, players try to move a fireball marble to the fireplace in the center to win.
