In RoboRally, players control robots racing through a hazardous factory floor filled with lasers, conveyor belts, and traps. You program your moves by placing cards in an action queue, then all players reveal and execute them simultaneously, creating chaotic interactions. Collisions and board hazards can disrupt your plans as you aim to reach checkpoints in order first.
Who Is This Game For?
RoboRally targets experienced gamers aged 12 and up who enjoy strategic programming and tactical challenges. With a 120-minute playtime, it demands patience and planning, suitable for groups of 2 to 8 players.
How It Works
Each player selects a robot and programs movement and turning actions by placing cards face down in an action queue. All players reveal cards simultaneously, then robots move in order of card priority on a modular grid board. Obstacles like lasers and conveyor belts affect gameplay, and collisions push robots off course. The goal is to navigate your robot through checkpoints in sequence without reprogramming during the round.
