In Happy City, you build your own city by acquiring buildings from a market and combining them. You manage income to strategically purchase cards that attract citizens and hearts. By placing and collecting sets wisely, your city grows into a thriving mini-metropolis. The game ends when a player has 10 buildings, and the highest product of citizens times hearts wins.
