In ACHTUNG!, players create numerous pointless laws that everyone must follow. As cards are drawn and played, the number of laws grows until it becomes impossible to follow them all. When a player breaks a law and is caught, they must discard cards. Losing all cards sends you to the gulag, where you can only re-enter by catching others breaking laws. The game ends when only one lawmaker remains.
