Paid subscriptions run monthly with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month.

Three ways to cancel

• Cancellation page (link in the footer of every page and in the app sidebar): enter your e-mail address, choose the type of cancellation, send. You immediately receive a confirmation with reference number and end date.
• Customer portal: Settings → Subscription → payment details and invoices. You can cancel there too.
• E-mail to billing@playnexi.com.

Everything stays available until the end of the paid month, then your account continues on the free plan. Your data is kept.

Withdrawal within 14 days

As a consumer you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of concluding it without giving reasons (withdrawal notice in the footer, model form there). If a monthly amount has already been charged, we refund it minus the days already used.

Contract confirmation

After subscribing you receive an e-mail with plan, price, term, first charge and your confirmation; the Terms and the withdrawal notice are attached as files. Please keep it.
