Game nights are the heart of Playnexi: date, place, game and guests in one place.

Create

• In the menu Game nights, then Plan game night
• When? Date, time, optionally a repeat
• Where? Choose a place or create a new one. Or let the group vote on the place
• What are we playing? Let the group vote, fix a game, or no vote (spontaneous on the night)
• Which games? Choose collections or All my games
• Whom to invite? Groups or e-mail addresses

Access

• Invitation only – only you invite by e-mail
• Invitation + link – there is also a link, and invitees may invite more people
• Public – the night appears in the public list, anyone can sign up

Invite

On the game night page in the Invite tab: select group members, tick local players, enter e-mail addresses, copy the link or show the QR code. Invitees with an account reply in the app, everyone else directly via the link, see RSVP without an account.
