In Bakari, players move their pieces across a board illustrated with four animals. At any moment, one animal is blocked, preventing movement onto those squares. When a player reaches the goal, the blocked animal changes, forcing all players to adapt their plans. The winner is the first to get all their pieces across the board.
Who Is This Game For?
Bakari is a family game suitable for players aged 7 and up who enjoy short strategic sessions. With a playing time of about 30 minutes, it's perfect for quick rounds without long waits. No prior experience is needed as rules are simple and focus on tactical thinking.
How It Works
Players take turns moving their pieces on a 12x12 grid, avoiding the currently blocked animal squares. Each time a piece reaches the goal, the blocked animal changes, dynamically altering the board. The first player to move all their pieces to the goal wins.
