This withdrawal notice is provided in English for consumers who conclude the contract in English. In case of discrepancies between the English and the German version, the German version prevails.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Additional information (not part of the statutory withdrawal notice)
Conclusion of the contract and start of the period. By clicking “Subscribe with obligation to pay” on the confirmation page you place your order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail (contract confirmation); this usually happens immediately. The 14-day withdrawal period runs from that day. If you are entitled to the 14-day free trial, the obligation to pay only starts when the trial ends and only if you have added a payment method by then; nothing is charged during the trial.
Withdrawal after a charge. If you withdraw from a subscription for which a monthly amount has already been charged, we refund that amount minus the share attributable to the days until your withdrawal reaches us (monthly price divided by the days of the billing month). Example: plan €4.99, 30-day month, withdrawal after 6 days: you pay €1.00, we refund €3.99.
Cancellation. Independently of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel your subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month: via our cancellation page, via the customer portal in your subscription settings or by e-mail to billing@playnexi.com.
