In Train of Thought, players give clues using only three words, one of which must come from a previous answer, to help others guess a target word. Everyone gets a guess per clue, and if no one is correct, the clue-giver revises the hint using previous guesses. The fast-paced rounds last about 2 minutes, emphasizing quick thinking and creative wordplay.
Who Is This Game For?
This game suits families and groups looking for a casual party experience with players aged 10 and up. With a short playtime of around 20 minutes, it fits well into social gatherings and requires no prior experience.
How It Works
A player gives a clue made up of exactly three words, including one from a prior clue. Other players each make one guess per clue. If incorrect, the clue-giver forms a new clue using one wrong guess and up to two new words. When the word is guessed, both the clue-giver and correct guesser earn a point, and the clue-giver draws a new card to continue.
